For Your Practice
10-Year Replacement Protection.
A Longer Relationship With Your Patients.
A single appliance becomes a 10-year touchpoint. When patients stay connected to your practice, the relationship can grow well beyond the appliance itself.
What a 10-Year Relationship Can Bring
Periodontal Treatment
Regular appliance check-ins create natural opportunities for periodontal evaluation and ongoing care.
Crown & Bridge
Patients who return over the years may need restorative work as their dentition evolves.
Implant Restorations
Long-term follow-up can reveal implant and restorative opportunities as needs change.
Family & Friend Referrals
Satisfied long-term patients become a trusted referral source for their family and friends.
The appliance may change. The patient relationship can continue.

- 01Upper-arch digital scan
- 02Lower-arch digital scan
- 03Habitual bite scan (MIP)Required
- 04Prescribed advancement biteIf available
- 05Prescription, case notes and order information
The habitual bite scan (MIP) is required for every case and is used to fabricate the Morning Repositioner.
Two Bite Pathways
Prescribed Advancement
Submit the required MIP bite together with the dentist-prescribed advancement bite. The Master Sleep Appliance will be fabricated at the prescribed advancement position.
MIP-Based Edge-to-Edge
If no prescribed advancement bite is provided, we will use the required MIP bite as the reference. With the dentist's authorization, we will digitally advance the mandible to an anterior edge-to-edge relationship as the initial fabrication position.
After delivery, the dentist can titrate the mandibular position forward or backward using the adjustment screws, based on the patient's comfort, tolerance and clinical response.
